I am recovering from a xlipped disc and have been cleared to lift weights which I have been doing for several weeks. The problem is that the muscles in my left (dominant) arm and hand have atrophied. I have also not been cleared to do squats due to stress on neck. I can do some
dumb bell exercises, but my left hand tires quickly and so I am limited in the number of exercise I can do with dumb bells because I drop the weight. I want to do a circuit workout of enough duration that will help me lose weight. My hand does not allow for that with a majority free weight workout. Barbells are out because of the atrophy. Any ideas?
