Hey there! I had a quick question. I go to the gym about 6 days a week for an hour to two hours. I take the classes and have been seeing pretty good results from them. I take spinning, cardio kickboxing and weight lifting classes. However, my weight remains the same. I am looking to loose the last of my baby weight (10 pounds left) but can't seem to drop below 138 (I am 141 today....water weight?). I am eating fairly healthy and watching my calorie intake instead of doing any of the low carb or other fad diets. Any suggestions for dropping the weight to 130? Also, I am sore almost every day. Not always the same places, but usually sore. I like that feeling because it lets me know I worked hard! I have been taking the classes for about 2 months now.

Thanks for suggestions and advice!

Sarah

do less...

more specifically, do more work in less time. Rather than doing 2 hour marathon sessions 6 days a week, try doing high intensity work for a half hour or so 3 or 4 times a week.

It seems like you're burning yourself out.
