I've been trying to lose a little weight and get to a smaller size but, I'm afraid that if I do excercises like wallsits, squats, and lunges my legs will get bulky. I run which does tone them some but, I would like them to be a little stronger and more toned but, I really don't want my legs to get bigger and have to get a bigger jeans size. Please reply.

Yes and no. It all depends on your diet. If you are eating enough to gain weight, then yes, they will grow in size. If you are eating enough to lose weight, then no, they will not really grow in size. They will get stronger, though.

Toned just means low bf. It has nothing to do with reps or exercises. Lift heavy and intelligently, and rid yourself of all of the 'old wives tales' of weightlifting and women that will only hold you back from your goals.

Kelly, I used to just run. It helped me lose weight, but my legs and butt finally got smaller when I started using weights. Squats, deadlifts, you name it....
You definately need to give it a try. You'll start out getting smaller because muscle takes up less space than fat.

If you do lower weights and high reps that might also keep the size to a minimum.

you probably don't have enough testosterone to get your legs bulky. I am assuming you are a lady also...

If you mean "minimum" as in "that will do absolutely nothing for your goals" then I agree.
Kmfisher said it: size (or lack thereof) is dependent on calories.
