Default Spaghetti Squash Hashbrowns?

If I read correctly, spaghetti squash is allowed during plan A (please correct me if I am wrong!!). Why not nuke or bake the bugger and then brown on the stovetop with some garlic, herbs, sprinkling of cheese and a few shreds of prosciutto? Or if you're a plain jane you could just brown em with some herbs or S&P.
