1 Multi-Grain "Flat Out" wrap
Tomato Sauce
Fat Free or Low fat mozzarella
Your choice of topping:
Turkey Pepperoni
Chicken
Mushrooms
etc etc etc
Preheat oven to 450. Place wrap in oven for approximately 2 min per side to crisp. Add sauce and mozzarella, add toppings. Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
Viola!
Not counting your toppings you are looking at 8g of fiber and about 9g of usable carbs.
I use the Lite Italian Flatout (more protein, I believe)
I use Mids Pizza sauce (less carbs/sugar than most of them)
And, I use some chopped onion, turkey pepperoni and fresh basil
I use the part-skim mozzarella
I make this often, too! Must be all the fiber in the wrap, but it's super-filling and I find it hard to eat more than one-third of it ... and I NEVER have that problem!
