Default Cheeseburger Salad

Maybe it's not exactly a recipe but I eat it often.

I put fried ground beef and cheese on salad greens, and season it with mayonaise, mustard, diced pickles, and a drop of ketchup.

I have a variation where I use grilled chicken breast, grilled white onions, and cheese that I season with ranch dressing.

Cool. I make miniature burger patties with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickle chips, maybe some leftover bacon, etc. I like to make up a secret sauce, like the burgers of old. Mayo, ketchup, sweet relish, etc.

My mouth is watering... Didn't realize how hungry I was. Better go eat.

Looks like someone let Nick have a beer last night.
