Default Need Plan A Breakfast Recipes

I hope this isn't a breach of etiquette, posting a request instead of a recipe. I have been on Plan A for almost a week and I have already had enough of eggs :-) I really like eggs, but everyday is getting old. Breakfast is the hardest to deal with on this plan for me. This morning I had some chopped up chicken mango sausage, spinach, mushrooms, mixed with 2 scrambled eggs and a little cheese on top. I realize the mango sausage is pushing it, 8g Carb and 7g sugar, but they taste really good :-) I have had this for breakfast the last few days. I would love to hear what others are doing for breakfast. Also, is eggs everyday healthy for you?

I eat tuna with mayo for breakfast. You do not have to limit your choices to traditional breakfast foods.

What about steak and eggs? (Yeah I know it includes eggs, but hopefully the steak will be different enough so as to make the eggs ok.)

Here are two recipes that my boyfriend and I really like:

Flaxseed Bread - Topic Powered by eve community

This one is really versatile. We have cut it into fourths and made egg & bacon "mc muffin" type breakfast sandwiches. This morning, we added some trueprotein.com orange cream flavoring to the flax bread ingredients prior to cooking (and omitted the cinnamon). We sliced each muffin into 4 slices. Then we whipped up 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream with more of the orange cream flavoring added. We spread about a Tbsp of the whipped cream on each slice. Turned out AWESOME. They tasted really similar to the pillsbury orange breakfast rolls.

Here's one for breakfast sausage:
Recipes : Breakfast Sausage : Food Network

we bought 2 lbs of ground pork at the grocery store then added all the seasonings & shaped it into 17 patties. Delicious!!

The pork sausage patty would be great, by the way, on the flax muffin. We discovered you can also cook a scrambled egg in a coffee cup in the microwave. Just scramble it up in a cup & microwave on high for about 30-60 seconds. It'll puff up quite a bit, but deflate once you take it out. Just slide it out of the cup and put it between two slices of the flax muffin. Pretty tasty stuff.

lol, that is the way i feel. Good thing I like eggs. Usual breakfast for me has been, a sausage link cut up (either italian or chicken andouille), a couple mushrooms, a hand full of torn up spinach, scrambled with 2 eggs. Have that most mornings. Basically 2 eggs scrambled with whatever I can find, lately I have been throwing some ocra in with the eggs, pretty good.

I must say, one of the biggest things holding me back from doing TNT is breakfast. I am a dyed-in-the-wool cereal eater for breakfast ... weetabix, kashi or oatmeal. I really think I would have a problem sticking with the plan.

I followed this recipe except used choco instead of vanilla pp....but mine aren't very good. Any suggestions to make these better? I feel like I wasted so much time and ingredients and they are terrible.

I used Splenda packets (that is the only non-baking one that my store had) and I used choco pp, and used everything else the same as recipe.

They are dry and just don't taste right?? Did I cook too long? mix too much? they are fluffy so I thought I did the folding ok? And as for "a break from salty" I actually found them quite salty???
