TNT Meaballs - from the book
I cooked these up last night, as well. I had them for lunch today and they were good! I had a 50/50 pork and beef mixture in the freezer, so that's what I used. Worked fine. I added some fresh parsley, as well, to the balls. For the sauce, I just threw in some crushed tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and called it a day. I made a pretty big batch and split it into containers and froze them. Will be good to pull out in a pinch. Same with the chili (see other thread).
