happilyeverafter Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 23	Cream Cakes -From TNT I made this one straight out of the book today...Not really like a pancake, very quiche, like the pizza dough...I had a great recipie for muscle cakes somewhere....Going to go look that one up...

Mark57 Senior Member Join Date: May 2003 Location: Wyoming Posts: 2,813	I made them this morning too, used a little more cream than the recipe called for and whipped them up with a stick blender. I used three eggs and 1/2 cup heavy cream. They came out very much like pancakes, too. I had to use a fairly cool griddle, and let them cook pretty much through before turning or they'd tear.
