Default Watched a video of myself swimming

I knew I wasn't good at swimming, but watching a video of it today has confirmed this. It's crazy what I thought I was doing right and actually wasn't. I'll be in the pool on Monday doing drills trying to figure it out.

You're coached, right? It might be worth it to set up some private lessons with your coach so he/she can correct what you're doing. I did this after seeing myself videotaped as a kid, doing backstroke. All of a sudden what my coach was trying to tell me made sense, and we were able to correct my form.

I go to a master's type class, so someone there is an instructor watching. I agree what she has been saying makes more sense now that I saw what I was actually doing.
