I wonder anyone is here who is currently swimming... say, 6,000 yards/meters or more per week, and also integrating NROL (or 4W) into his or her training?
I keep thinking I need to get back into doing lap swimming on my 'non-workout' days (I'm doing the NROL4W 3x/wk) but I've just been lacking the motivation lately. Once I get into the habit, I actually enjoy the peacefulness of swimming - it's the getting started that trips me up.
Well, you must have given me the push I needed with this post because I've been back in the pool the last 2 weeks. Yesterday I was back up to 60 laps.
I've adjusted my NROL4W to twice a week, laps twice a week, 1 90 minute yoga class & 1 60 minute aqua aerobics class. That should be enough considering I'm also in deficit calorie mode.
