July Swimming Challenge
Okay..I know I slacked off the last 2 weeks. But I have plenty of excuses. Which..I won't bother airing since they are, after all, simply excuses.
{In Jimbo's best drill sargeant voice: "Okay you slackers! It's a new day. You've got a brand new month to show us what your made of. Now get your arses in that water and start paddling!"}
My goal for July..yeah...I'm reducing it because I'm more focused on lifting again. 16000 meters.
I did 2000 meters this morning.
Jump in friends.

Thanks.
7200 so far...I only managed 2200 meters today because I got to the pool late and had to go to work.
I try to do 5000 meters a week so I may go longer on Friday to make up the missing laps.

I missed a week due to a minor cut on my arm that wouldn't close and also played some early morning golf, so I was well short of my goal of 20,000 meters.
July total: 12,700
