Notice the green face...

No lat issue. Just taking a few days off. I'll hit it hard tomorrow. My lifting had went to sh*t and I needed a break.

I'm going to have to start seperating my lifting and swimming for different days but I hate to. I love hitting the pool after lifting. Screwing with my diet the last few weeks is screwing with my energy.

Well, they have opened up the outside pool. I've been using the inside one all this time and it's a 25 YARD lap pool...the one outside...a 25 METER lap pool. So I can swim English or Metric! woohoo!

I'm betting the outside pool water is a bit nippy but I'll probably hit it Saturday just for a change. Move over EMartin..I'm joining you in the great outdoors.

June 14 - Quick 500 yds in the pool, too many people waiting and I just needed to get my heart rate up and flush my muscles a bit for my race on Sunday.

I have a baaaaad feeling about this: Swiminto has not posted any swimage since the 11th. That means he's gonna save em up and slam us with a bunch of swims at once! Trying to make us all look bad!

Good luck on the race EMartin! Is it a tri?
