June 5 - about 300 yds open water swimming. Water was WAY too cold!

Notice the green face...

No lat issue. Just taking a few days off. I'll hit it hard tomorrow. My lifting had went to sh*t and I needed a break.

I'm going to have to start seperating my lifting and swimming for different days but I hate to. I love hitting the pool after lifting. Screwing with my diet the last few weeks is screwing with my energy.

Good work everyone!! I'll try and compile everything at the end of the month! Should be interesting. It appears that many of you bid a little low on your monthly goal and are gonna slam right threw it!! That's what I did last month and had to up my goal for June. You guys are gonna need a bigger goal in July! Keep strokin!
