until i leave to go to my 1st Nascar race!!! I leave my house on friday night to go stay at my aunt's in PA. Then, at 5:30 on saturday morning, we start the drive down to Dover. Then, i'm not sure if we're going to the Busch race or not-it was a debated topic, and since this is a gift for me, i wasn't going to do anything stupid. [img]tongue.gif[/img] Either way, tailgating all sunday morning and then the actual race. Then, more tailgating. Finally, back to the hotel to sleep before coming home on monday morning, so i get to miss school! ok, i'm really excited.

Man, you lucky dog! (a little nascar term) Newman seems to win every pole. He started this year a little shaky but the last few races he's really stepped it up. I hope the 24 can get out of this 2 race funk he's in. Man, he's had some good cars but just been in the wrong place at the wrong time. And the track coming apart- sheesh!!

I live a couple hours away from MIS. I should stop telling myself someday I'll go and just go.

I've been waiting to go for 3 years. This is the 3rd annual trip and its my aunt and uncle's b-day present for me. my cousin (not the kid of the aunt and uncle) is coming with me so it should be fun. I'M STOKED!!! I leave tomorrow after school to go to their house, where we'll leave from on saturday morning.
