if you could pick one guy to take the last second shot in a big time game who would you choose?
Bird,Jordan,Magic,Kobe,Reggie Miller,Dale Ellis, etc. who would you chose?

Peja Stojakovic. (You basketball fans know his clutch struggles are famous.)

If I had anyone to take any shot. I take His Airness, hands down. This is also provided that the referees let him throw his defender down.

J.J. Redick. i know he's not in the NBA (yet) but he's the best pure shooter i've ever seen and HE IS CLUTCH.

He's airballed clutch threes the last two games.

To win a game? Jordan, hands down. No one wanted it more than him... no one. I'd be surprised if he doesn't hold the record for game winning shots in the NBA. Time and time and time again, the man flat out won. Course, I bet RockHard would call him 'overrated'.

Finally, three simple words: Craig Ehlo Cleveland

Or you can use just two: The Shot (the most famous clutch shot of all time)

Jordan hands down.

Kobe is so overrated, and I can't wait for him to fail without Shaq. Remember when Penny Hardaway was "the next Jordan"? Same with Kobe. And now Lebron has taken over Kobe's spotlight. But anyway, back to the original question, Jordan without a doubt.

J.J. Reddick is NOT clutch, hands up.

The answer to the question easily Vinnie Johnson. Second Place goes to "Mr. Big Shot", Chauncey Billups.

Jordan and Bird are at the top of my list

Jerry West was "Mr. Clutch", but he was before my time.

Magic Johnson and Isiah Thomas deserve mention as well.

I might pick Reggie Miller if we were playing the Knicks.

Bird. His outside shot was better than Jordan's.

Reggie Miller could be freaky with his clutch shots at times. I cant remember the game/opposition, but the time he drained a 3 with 10 sec remaining and then stole the pass in and drained another 3 with about 3 secs to go was just incredible.

You'd probably need to go to the stats sheets for who you'd most want. A couple of incredible shots wouldnt make up for dozens of missed ones if you wanted reliability, but they'd still make the highlight reals.

That was against the Knicks, in the playoffs. He scored 8 points in 8.6 seconds.

In the lane, Jordan.

T-Mac did something similar this season, not comparing him to Reggie, just saying. But 8 in 8.6 is amazing (I saw it).

Speaking of everything he throws up going in, no one mentioned Steve Kerr from beyond the arch...the man was unbelieveable.

I think that T-Mac went for 13 points in 36 seconds. Against the Spurs, the Rockets were down 12 with under a minute to go, and he hit 4 3's and a free throw to give them the win.

WOW!!

Yeah, I knew he had more time than Reggie (which is why I didn't compare the two), but at the same time I think he scored almost 30 points in the 4th.
