sorry this is a little late...

Well, the underdogs took round 1, and the favorites took round 2. so which way will round 3 go??? Here’s the line up for round 3 of the NFL playoffs. Remember, you have to decide on all three of the categories. The categories again are:

ATS-who will win against the spread
Pick-who will win flat out, not including the spread
O/U-over/under-whether the score will be over or under the number listed

Each game will be listed in this order:

*Caps = Home team
*First team listed is favorite
*First set of numbers is the point spread - how much the favorite needs to win by if picked ATS (against the Spread)
*Second Set of numbers is the over under. Both teams score added together.
*Then the team that is the underdog is listed last

Here’s the link to the official rules:

http://forums.jpfitness.com/noncgi/u.../t/001122.html

Remember, entries have to be time stamped in this thread no later than 1:00 AM eastern standard time on Saturday to qualify. The results will be posted on Monday.

Good Luck all!

New England 2 1/2 37 1/2 PITTSBURGH

PHILADELPHIA 4 1/2 41 1/2 Atlanta

New England will make Big Ben look more like a rookie than the Jets did.

Pick: Atlanta
ATS: Atlanta
Over

The Eagles will score but they won't be able to stop Vick and company.

Brady and Co. - 41 points against the vaunted Steeler defense. For those who said Brady was just average at best in 'The Thread', I hope you watched the game.

Huh?!? 205 yards and 2 touchdowns?

Please! They kicked the Steelers asses, but it was hardly a "great" game from Brady. I mean really. 41 points were scored... 7 off of that interception, and 10 more points came from great field position after other Steelers' turnovers.

Montana, Young, Marino, Manning... great QB's. Little Tom... good , with a lot of help from his friends.

My worst fears came true on Ben. And the Pats defense really shut down the run. Brady had 2-3 great throws. That's all I'll give him.

Marino 0 SB
Manning 0 SB

Brady 2 soon to be 3, plus he's undefeated in the playoffs.

I'm sorry, that's amazing.

Super Bowl wins go to the TEAM, not the QB. Why am I the only one that remembers that?

Andy Pettite has more World Series rings than Nolan Ryan. Obviously Pettite is the better pitcher.

Give Manning or Marino the Pats defensive and offensive lines, they'd win Super Bowls too.

Well, he won the SuperBowl MVP, and really RH, you're the only one who seems to think he's overrated. Sure he has a great line, but he was making some incredible decisions and great throws.

Like I said, I'm neither a Pats or a Brady fan, but I gotta give the man his due.

BTW, the only reason he only had to go 205 yards was that the Steelers kept handing them incredible field position. Want to see how good TB is? Check out the two throws downfield for big gains and the numerous others throwing out of the pocket to his 3rd or 4th read. That's how good he is.

I actually know several people that agree with me that's he's overrated. (And not just fellow Steelers fans!)

If you think he's great, then I can't change your mind. Did you ever watch Montana, Marino, or Steve Young play? (I'm not saying you didn't, just wondering.) Do you really consider this kid to be on that level?

In my opinion he, individually, is not all that impressive.
