Partyin' With the Penguins

Disclaimer: I'm not a hockey so I don't know names.

My slightly hung over son called me this morning. The recent Pitt grad had taken time away from his job search to do a little clubbing in Pittsburgh last night. At "Diesel", he recognized and started talking to the "18 year old Penguin" who took him to a private room where the entire team was partying. He hung out with Sidney Crosby, the "Tall Penguin", the "Old Penguin" and the entourage of hot chicks that attend these events. He was surprised at what "regular guys" everyone was. Just a bunch of Pittsburgh guys drinking shots and beers.......but without all their teeth.

It's quite something to see what happens when a group of pro athletes walk into a bar or club. Women immediately surround them. I recall one time when I was living in Ottawa, a group of Ottawa Senators players walked into a bar, and the girl my friend was chatting with bolted mid-sentence to be near the players

Must be rough to lose the Stanley Cup, then head to a bar, pick some grade A tail, and, well, work out your misery...
