Default D-Wade

If you havent had the chacne to see him play last night or tonight I'll recap. Last night he had 33 points....and 15 assists. Not to mention 5 boards and 3 steals. So what does he do tonight? 35 points....and 12 assists. He got to the FT line 20+ both nights. ....powers comparable to wonderboy.

I hate to say this as a heat fan, but Shaq is done. By trading for him, we sacrificed our future for the present. and we're paying him 20 million a year...

meh. I do not agree at all. Shaq doesnt need to put up numbers to affect the game. The best thing he does is just beeing a pressance on the court. When shaq is out there, you cant put more than one defender on wade or the big man dunks. Dont forget, shaq did what he said, he brought us not just a ring, but our first. As far as our future, we are fine. Wade and Dorrels developement is going just fine now that the younging is playing. And once shaq is retired, we have that much more money to keep Wade from leaving and brining in another big man.

I'm a Lakers fan but the Heat have been my 2nd favorite team ever since Pat Riley and Tim Hardaway went there. I'm glad you guys finally won a championship. Wade is a fantastic player and it's great to watch his game right now, especially since he's not a ball hog like Kobe.

I'd take a championship for that.

Let me explain what I said.

Trading for Shaq was a good idea, it helped the heat win a championship instantly.

My point was that the trade wasn't going to help the team win in the long term, as shaq ages.

Was it a good idea? Yes. When you have a chance to get the most dominant player, you take him, every time.
