short track racing is the best!

Interesting strategy played out today. HMS wins another at Martinsville.:p
And Junior got greedy. And the points sure got shook up as well. I'd say 8 guys still have a legitimate shot at the cup.

I've got to admit that Hamlin really impressed me. Too bad he didn't get past Johnson, though. :p

Burton's opened it up to almost anyone now.

Plate racing sucks-- Jimmie and Jeff both got wrecked.

Short track racing is awesome-- Jimmie wins and Jeff gets a top five.

I first mentioned how great short track racing was back at Bristol in the spring when Kenseth wrecked Gordon. I just love the action. The fact my favorite driver and team did well today has no bearing on that fact. That said, I am pleased with todays results.

I also mentioned that 2 drivers probably had no chance at the Cup- Gordon and Shrub. No bias here. Not this time anyways.
