Monday Night Playcallers...

I have got to say the new guys on Monday Night football are complete idiots. Thiesman is just about the only one of the three that know what the hell he is talking about.

Tony Cornhole has got to be the worst announcer ever to be placed on such a big event. The guy is a complete moron with absolutely no skill for the booth.

The third guy (which I can't even remember his name) is horrible he keeps repeating things he said 5 minutes ago.

You would think with the talented number of announcers on ESPN they could come up with a better crew. Thiesman is alright but the other two are just plain silly.

That's interesting... I've always thought that Theisman was terrible as a broadcaster and that Tony K should talk more on MNF.

The 3rd guy is Mike Tirico. I think he's solid.

In last week's doubleheader on ESPN, I heard the #2 crew did an awesome job. See article below by Dr. Z. Shame that they aren't the #1 crew.

Jaws, Vermeil and Nessler were absolutely amazing. They were the only reason to watch that game.

Tirico- needs to be calling golf. He just needs some lovin' (google Mike Tirico sexual harrassment if you must)

Kornheiser- I love the man. He needs to talk more, but right now is afraid of pissing off Theismann. That will become less of a factor over time. He's hilarious, and just needs to be let off his leash.

Theismann- I hate him. Always have. He screams, makes no sense, and starts every sentence with "we talked to (insert name here) last night...." I don't care who you talked to Joe. He's a pinhead and just likes to hear his own voice.

Tony what's his arse should shut the heck up and go away, could that clown be anymore annoying... Tirico is just plain boring..

I do think Thiesman is an idiot but he is the best of that lot..

They need to get a better crew. As I said to my spouse last monday, another year of watching Monday Night football with the mute button activated...

I really don't think that Kornhesier feels really comfortable yet. Once he loosens up, he'll probably be better. To me, he's the type of guy that tells it like it is. Too many broadcasters are afraid to criticize the players, when that should be a key element of their job. When someone makes a bonehead play, tell the viewers! I think that's what they brought Tony in for. Unfortunately, the only worthwhile thing he's really done yet is call Theismann on some of the dumb stuff that he says.

I'll give you that, he does seem extremely uncomfortable and from the first time I watched him until now he has improved, slightly... I hope he can continue to improve.. I really enjoy Monday night football and would like to able to watch it with the volume on...
