So, I mean yea, you need roids in this day jsut to compete at that level, but I still don't like it..

AFC
1. Pittsburgh - Staley doesn't have Bettis's leadership quality, but he has younger legs and a similar build. Other than that, they're almost the same team, but with one more year of good experience and a (hopefully) humbled quarterback.

2. New England - I despise these guys, but I fear Belichick's mind and Brady's poise. I don't think they'll repeat last year's mess.

3. Cincinnati - Palmer is incredible, and I don't want to think about how last year's playoffs might have ended if he hadn't been hurt early in that game. They'll be back hardcore.

4. Indy - regular season, they still have Manning and their core of receivers, and if the defense comes close to last year's, they'll win at least 11 games again. As for the playoffs... that's another story!

5. KC - They're going to score a lot of points again. Beware!

NFC
1. Arizona - These guys are going to click in a big way, becoming the Colts of the NFC... big points in the air, but probably collapsing in the playoffs.

2. Washington - With that roster, they've just got to be better than last year.

3. Chicago - Their defense will win them the North again.

4. Seahawks - Alexander and Hasselbeck are again one of the best RB/QB combos.

5. NY Giants - Manning, Burress and Barber: all still young, really talented, and now with a year of experience together to fall back on.

All I know is the Steelers are gonna "REPEAT!" They have the exact same team minus Jerome Bettis and Antwan Randall El. Mark my words folks Steelers are gonna take it to the big show!
