Default Pre-draft Player Rankings

Hey all

Im trying to rank some players for our upcoming draft, but as i am a fantasy football virgin, im not sure what to stick where

Can anyone give me a general outline of what is the best way to approach this (with out giving away your secrets of course), i seem to have a lot of
RB, WR & QB at the top of the list, and then a big jumble of everyone else

any advice would be appreciated

Mark

depending on how the scoring system is set up, different positions will be more important. simple way is to look in the player list and see what position tended to have lots of players with a lot of value.

getgot, got it. as a rule offensive players score more points than defense. A quarterback\WR\RB will normally get yards +TD's, TD's being the big money item. As a rule, put your picks into those guys, you can fill out the defense in pre-season

You should not discount defensive players, keep in mind solo tackles are 2 points, interceptions are 2 points, they all add up. You might want to put a couple of good db's & dl's in there.
