Well, I just got back from my vacation on Friday. I was in New Hampshire for about 10 days and sure got a couple of good runs in. The terrain there sure is alot more hilly than here in Michigan!! Whoa. My run times sure were slower than normal. I just did some 3 milers while I was gone so yesterday I did a 6 miler (long for me). It was killer after a day of travel, yet great to do.

I have to ask you guys since none of my friends would understand: Do you ever just have the desire to get out and run (or lift etc..) but just can't because you know your body needs the rest and recovery? Thats the way I feel today. Maybe I'll go to a batting cage or driving range to just do something. Almost wish I had a lawn to mow!

Want to borrow my lawn. I always want to lift, but never want to mow. It is always funny when people don't understand the desire/motivation to do something healthy.
