Hi, I have just started the soccer season and after a long summer of doing high weights on legs I feel the lactic acid kicking in when sprinting, anyone have any advice on improving my fitness so that lactic acid takes longer to kick in, i can run for hours at a slow pace, but it is the sprints that kill me, my speed is good, but i just need a little bit of help.... any good links, articles or advice from anyone?
