I'm new.. here's a little about my running. Ran competetive XC, track in HS PB: 400=59.8 800=1:19 1600= 5:27. I'm in triathalon club @ collee and trained to run WDW marathon last year- got upto final 20miler and rolled my ankle and couldnt heal in time. I think I'll stick to 1/2 marathon training till i graduate from college. now like a crazy person I run for fun

Hi and welcome. I pretty much am sitting back and trying to learn from the experienced ones here. And I don't know about your sig. When you look like I do (re as bad as I do when running) it takes some balls to be out in public!

Welcome aboard, seems like you'll be a great member to add stuff and ask stuff, could always use someone to add activity to the running boards!

Joe.... ive been lurking here since aug 2004, and I was under the impression that ODB stood for... Im liking outdoorboy better!

Yeah, I get that all the time. Back in the day it was all spelled out but since everyone was calling me ODB, I shortened it.

I have to agree, I've been learning a lot lately from all the recent running questions.

Welcome to the club! This forum actually seems to be coming alive. Not too long ago, there were only a few weirdo runners around here.
