Welcome back to the running forum. If you haven't missed it then you won't really care, but if you're a runner and you want some info, we can all exchange training info.

I am looking for a running expert to moderate and be our resident expert in here. Maybe we can get this forum cracking again.

Thanks, JP! I had a question some time back right when it folded and now I'm not doing much running but I'll have some soon, I'm sure!

Running is pretty fundamental so it seems to make sense to keep it although I know you said it was pretty slow.

I missed it, but it has always been slow. Oh well, wait for the influx of people from the other Rodale site, Runner's World (or maybe not since the RW site, as well as the Bicycling site seem to be set up better than the MH site).

It WOULD be nice if we could get a real hard-core runner in here to help us. (I would suggest TS, but he seems to have given up running). Or, barring that, someone who at least could answer questions about interval sprints.

Running as become a larger part of my training for AR's. I hope we have someone soon to help. JP, maybe you could get in touch with someone involved in the Little Rock marathon. There is also a good ultra running group in arkansas at: Arkansas Ultra-Running Association (AURA)
