I just ran in the upper twenties, but the real tough part was when I was on my bike. The wind was ridiculous. Also it hailed for about 10 minutes, so that felt great.

Oh yeah, biking is a different story. Biking in the 60's can feel cold when you're flying downhill!

I had that situation today... I went for a group ride, it was at least 60 when we headed out. There's a downhill section of the freeway that's open to cyclists, and going down it was quite chilly! Especially since I only had on shorts and a shirt.
