Default New PB in distance

With the training I have been doing for a triathlon in July, I have had to take up the sport of running. Today was the day, that I set a new PB in distance..I did a 6km run workout.

Okay that is all, thanks for looking.

You have provided fresh incentive. I've been saying for about 3 years that I need to learn to swim. If you can hammer out a 6km run, I can learn to float in a forward moving direction for a few yards, yeah?
Good job on the PB distance. You can add the J on for LisaS and just say it's the "Joy" part of banging out a goal. I know, cornball.
