Pre race - WW english muffin with PB, banana, sip on some Gatorade, and about 10 minutes before the start, an Espresso Love Gu - that is my superstition, can't race without one. For longer races, I'll double up on the WW english muffin with PB and banana.
Post race - a homemade burger on WW bun, with all the veggies and an ear of corn. And a few 90 Shillings. Yum. Sometimes, I'll have homemade pizza, but usually I'm grilling with my friends...
