Default 90 bpm

hey guys i am trying to make a music mix for my ipod. i am trying to get songs that are roughly 90 bpm or 180 bpm to help with my cadence when i run on a track. (don't worry i don't run on roads with headphones on. thats how you die in the dc area). i know its a long shot but i was wondering if any of you know of an internet resource that can point me in the direction of a list of songs that fit this criterion. thanks.

fitpod.com has bpm-based music, or you could acquire software that beat-matches whatever songs you want

Check out the PodRunner Podcast too. It's a free download to your iPod and is great running music.

I've used podrunner. There is a search function in iTunes that let's you select bpm in your library but I've found it rarely works.
