It's absolutely gorgeous here today, just about 55, slight breeze (turning into a big wind!). I just had a great 4 mile run, and I'm off to BBQ and watch some football. I hope you all have as good a day as I'm about to have.

Naw JP, I'm back in Boulder now. We're house hunting, and entry level homes in Steamboat run about $500K - a wee bit out of our price range. Steamboat did get about 3 feet of snow this weekend, so if I was there, I'd be waist deep in powder right now....
