Default Trials Death

For all the runners out there at the Olympic Trails there were many great performances, Ryan Hall, but a great runner also past away. Ryan Shay collapse during mile 5 of the trails. He soon past away. I would just like to send my condolences to him and his family, we truly lost a great runner.

Such a sad day. Hall and Shay were the favs, and should be on the Olympic team together. Shay was just married in July, so my heart goes out to his new bride. I'll be interested to see what the cause of death was, because he was a stud runner training at altitude running at sea level. And for it to happen at mile 5, is just strange. Thoughts and prayers are with them...
