For October I propose the challenge to rest, rehab and do whatever we need to do to get healthy and heal up all of those nagging injuries that seem to keep popping up. Between injuries, big races and life we might be a little busy for this. Hopefully we can get a group together in the upcoming months to do this again. IMHO

If I reach my elusive goal on Sunday I will be re-evaluating my training so I'm not sure what I'm going to be running this month anyhow. And give how badly I estimated the last two months I do want to get it right

Running is purely fitness and starting with walking, race and other journey. Running is until your body regulates to the new stresses, otherwise you will have to stop because of do to excess injury or in fact too much soon without enough recovery injury.
Sounds like my thought patterns around mile 10 of my half. " I am avery good runner , very good. Dad lets me run up and down the driveway yeah, up and down the driveway".
