Default Heavy Legs

I ran today and my legs felt very heavy and sluggish. Is there any way to cure this before my 30k on Sunday????

If I were you I'd just rest. Maybe go out and do a easy 3-4 miles with some strides thrown in to loosen things up. Good luck this weekend.

Edit: I'll add that any workout this late in the game will only hamper your performance, not help it.
