Early notice to my team that my miles aren't going to come regularly till I finish moving myself down to NC again. But its good to be back in the game!

NC is going to become a mini-enclave of JPers

Aug 14 - 5 miles
A/S total - 18.5/75 miles

Now that my calves are more used to the new stride, I started exaggerating a POSE-like form, and I could really tell the difference in speed and efficiency. I just have to get used to it (read: I need to put in some time at the track again).

Also, I discovered the new fad weight-loss plan that's sure to make a million bucks. Ya ready? Okay, here it is: wear a heart rate monitor............ yes, that's all you have to do. Why? I did some cumulative numbers on my HRM today, and for the 127+ hours I've worn it, I've burned almost 128,000 calories--that's over 1,000 calories per hour, just from wearing an HRM!!! And this doesn't even count lifting, sprinting, or sex (if I were getting any... not that I'm BITTER or anything about that... anyway...). So there, go buy some cheap HRMs in bulk and make a bundle
