We are hurting bad team. Jim is down with injuries, Ben lost time due to vacations and blisters, Vanessa hasn't logged in with miles since August 18 sheesh talk about a tough row to hoe. RGV you got another 30 or so miles in you. We have 4 more days.

Well, I'll just add to the woe-is-me sentiment here: I did pull 6.5 miles on Saturday. The good news is that, after nearly two weeks off from any type of running, my mechanics ROCKED! The bad news is that it highlighted some continuing hamstring weakness (read: my 10K this Saturday is in doubt) that have limited my mechanics in the first place. I MIGHT get that 10K in pending re-assessment tomorrow, but that'll be it for this challenge, and I'm pretty sure I'm done with these challenges for at least a month if not two while I keep working out the kinks

Not gonna happen unfortunately. been crazy stressed for a few days about things with the girlfriend so unless running turns into my way to cope (not a complete impossibility) I'm gonna be lucky to find the emotional reserve to reach 80 .

Spet 26 - 2.97 miles

75.22/80 = 94.03%

Stop pushing Gregg! Give the guy a break. I think all of you need to just relax and take it easy the next couple of days. It's almost the weekend for crying out loud! Have a beer.

go team 2

Nice going guys. I'm really sorry I couldn't help the team out this challenge.

I'm still a little amazed that I did it seeing as I started September 50 miles behind the goal. Thankfully my distance came back in good time. It sounds like it was a rough challenge for everyone though.

Hopefully everyone will be back to tip top shape for October (assuming we are doing one?)
