Hmmmm - I may be starting a new job this month, and if I do... I will be scrambling like crazy to prep for it. So I think about 110 for August with a ramp-up to 150 for September = 260 miles.

I'm going conservative: I'm in for 100 miles even.

*sigh*

I'm set for 12.5 miles' worth of races, so let's go with 60 for the two months just to be safe. I'm not really sure where my training is taking me over that time period. I may revise upward at the midpoint.

Oh, crap. Gotta keep me honest. 200 miles.

If it wasn't for 2 months this time I'd pass. Whatever I don't get in August I can make up for in September with training for the 1/2-M.

Screw it. Make mine 75 miles, and that's my final offer. I have almost two weeks of vacation coming by the end of next month, so that'll push me a little more. Maybe. I could just throw the game

Aug 4 - 3.1 miles
A/S total - 3.1/75 miles

I <3 this new stride. Post-injury PR by a few seconds, but practically ran a whole new race, so I need to decide how to divide my times, pre-/post-injury or pre-/post-sucky stride

I also <3 these new shoes. Much lighter and better fitting (read: hugged my feet rather than flopping around) and FLATTER (both inside and outside) than anything I've had before. This was the first time I've worn them. Mmmm... bring it on...
