Default Charlotte-area Mud Run - August 4

If anyone's interested and planning to be in the area, registration closes July 31, and you have to have a four-person team. Let me know!

Inaugural Mud Run at Belmont Abbey

I wish I could make it - I would love to do a race like that!

That would be a great time. I would be down for a run like that unfortunately it is a little short notice for this year. I will have to check into this for next year as I generally take vacation around then anyway. All the obstacles may slow down some of the real runners and let some of us mudders catch up.

Perhaps next year we could have a JPfitness team or something. It sounds like a lot of fun

Yeah, sorry for the short notice, but I just saw the press releases over the weekend. If y'all want to converge on the Queen City around this time next year, we can make it a party.

This is something I could see myself doing! Unfortunately, I can't do it this year, we'll be in the mountains for a long weekend getaway.

Jokerz's idea of a JP Fitness team should the event be repeated next year is a good one.

Hell, with this much interest, we might be able to field 2 JPF teams. I'll be sure to have crash space or an appropriate party--er, lodging facility
