tridude finished his Ironman
tridude, who used to post here, finished the Coeur d'Alene Ironman. I had bookmarked his blog when he was posting here and checked it today and noticed his post about finishing the Ironman. Here's his report. He really gutted it out!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I didn't even know Dave had put this up here until I was browsing around today. I haven't posted here in awhile just because I've been so busy. My wife had twins and the Ironman training pretty much occupied all of my time. Anyway, I hope to come back more often. Thanks for following along. Consider an Ironman, it's not as impossible as you might think. I know several folks who decided to do one and they weren't in near the shape that some of you are. They finished and had the times of their life. Anyway, thanks again!

I'm going to shoot for CdA in '08 if I can scrape up the funds. Last I checked, there were still some spots. See you there, Brett????

Great to see you back Brett.
And E, yes you would seriously do well at an Ironman. Only, you would have to get your HIM sticky replaced with a CdA thread so we get to come along for the ride.
