Default July Running Challenge

Get those goals up, we'll have teams going by the 4th! I'll get June numbers up soon.

Let's see. I managed 45-ish miles for June, and that was on a bum leg. I'll shoot for 50 in July since I'll be doing shorter (but hopefully more frequent) runs.

No kidding, right? I was out in Albemarle packing up a party at midnight last night and felt like I was at the beach. No way I'm out running past 730am these days *ugh*

I don't know yet. Haven't thought that far ahead.

I better go for 30 again. I hope to beat that down, but after last month's performance, I don't want to set it too high.

I'm shooting for 90 this month. Seeing as how I haven't hit a goal yet, and I'm ramping up for my marathon training, I should be able to do this! Dammit!!!
