Huge update, for some reason it wasnt letting me post

June 7th - ~7.5 mi. I tried a long trail run, seemed kind of fun
June 8th - 4mi (track)
June 9th - 2mi ( 400m repeats average 76s, 30s rest did not count cooldown)
June10th - 3mi (track)
June 11th- 5mi (track)
June 12th- ~1mi (wasnt feeling to well)
June 13th- 9 mi ( 4 in the morning, 5 in the evening)
June 14th- 5mi (track)
June 15th- 5mi (treadmil)
June 16th- ~6.5mi (trail)


62/120 (~50%)

Okay, yeah, not sure if this is allowed in the rules, but if it is, I'd like to up my June goal to 40 miles; otherwise, I'll just go higher next month. Apparently my rehab did/is doing better than I predicted. Now if I can get past the mental hump of going all-out on my sprints...
