June 29 5 miles
41/50
I'm headed for our cottage later today. The good news is, I have nine mile run planned tomorrow, bringing me to 50. It will be a lovely breezy run near the Lake Michigan shoreline.
The bad news is, the cottage has no phone service, let alone internet access. So I won't be able to post my run for a few days.

I made it. Today includes a warmup, 10K race, and 3 more miles when I got home to put me over my goal.

June 30 - 4.75 miles
16.25 total, 54%
I busted up my leg pretty bad on Thursday so I didn't think I was going to be able to Friday or Saurday, but Saturday I headed out to the track with Heidi and got a few slow ones in. As I had a noticable limp, I didn't want to push it and go after too many miles.
Our origonal plan was to get some miles in on Friday, then Heidi was going to take me and drop me off however many miles I had left away Saturday morning to "force" me into finishing my 30, but decided against it because of my leg.

Wow, great June Challenge all! Impressive debuts from Vanessa (137%) and AF-Temp (102%) as well as a nice recovery from Phaderus (303%!!!!!). It was also great to see some forum regulars in here, Buk especially. you'll kick ass in July buddy! Team 2 takes it handily, 22 - 12 (I think we may have to start testing all runners for napalm)
I'd like to personally thank you for your patience. It's amazing how little I am on the computer now that I've quit my office job (over a year ago, but I'm just realizing it now...). For July, I'll really make an effort to get updates up once a week so it doesn't take me an hour at the end of the month. Now, kick ass in July!!!

Well, I got that last run in on the 30th. It would have taken me to 100%. But it wouldn't have helped much
