June 23 - 3.5 miles
3.5 total, 12%
If I am not going to let my team down, I better get on the ball. My plan was to get started up mid month when school was out and I had better access to the track, but then I broke my nose and then busted up my ankle pretty bad, neither of which were very conducive to much running.
I did 1.25 miles, then 4x200m with 200m recoveries, then another 1.25. My 200m were: 0:35, 0:35, 0:32, and 0:32 with about 2:10 recoveries.

9 miles.

Dudes, they're threatening to napalm me over there. They're armed with FishrCutB8's scary avatar and GG300's wit, and what have we got? A lego dude, a puppy, TWO pictures of nine year olds, and people that run a lot!

I got your back, us LEGO guys can pack some serious heat. Check out here for a few examples. I could use one of the flame throwers or RPGs to make some serious brown spots in Dave's lawn:

And besides, knees are way overrated.

June 24 - 4 miles
7.5 total, 25%
Trying to stay on the ball to keep from letting my team down. My wife who is better than math than me says that I have to run a lot of miles every day to get to 30 my the end of the month. And with a couple of soccer games that I don't want to be tired for, I don't know when I am going to fit everything in.
I did 0.5 mile, then 4x400m with 400m recoveries, then another 0.5 mile cooldown followed by a 1 mile super cooldown, but I am counting it. My 400m were: 1:21, 1:21, 1:23, and 1:18 with about 4:15 recoveries.

Hey Craig - just run what you are comfortable with! We're not too stressed out over here, it's just a great way to keep up with a goal. Have fun with it, but don't get hurt or let other areas of your training suffer!

Haha!!
other areas of training - funny!!
This is something I need. I'm not too worried about getting hurt and this is the only training that I am doing / have done for months! You can't come in now and make it ok to slack.
Gotta beat team 2, they are a bunch of chumps! And were talking trash to MissDee. Gotta beat team 2!

June 26 - 5 miles

Dude, could you have at least napalmed me before I spent thousands of dollars removing 50 trees from my yard, and hours of labor taking out about 20 bushes and trimming hedges? It could have gone so much faster!
