Since it is in May we could run the Indy 500 although personally the Kentucky Derby is a distance better suited for me.

I might be able to do one of those one-mile fun runs I'll know better on Friday if I can even participate this month.

In May, I'm gonna finally hit 25. Twins is my hero because I'll never be able to run as much as that dude!
May 2: 2 miles
May goal: 25 miles

I need the team assignments before tomorrow (Friday), so I'll know whether I should hobble kmwest, Twins, or jruck while I have the chance.

I'm going to trash his car in Indy, so he'll have to run home to Grand Rapids on Sunday. We know he can do it, plus it will be good for him!

Let's get everyone's goals together by Monday, and we'll make the teams up and start talking smack. We should already be running, right?

I think I'm going to opt out of May's challenge due to the uncertainty factor. Good possibility I can get SOME running in, but how much is still very much in the air. I'll be back in June, most likely. In the meantime, kick ass or don't come home

I have thoroughly enjoyed these challenges, and I think they've helped my training. But after my race, I'm going to mix it up a bit. I'm going to bike and swim and kayak and lift. I'll be racing again in late July, so look for me in June.

If we're still going to do this, I'm in for 140.

Now that I don't have anything to train for... put me down for 28.
This is basically going to ensure that I hit a couple of short cardio sessions a week.

Alrighty boys and girls, lets get those goals in. I'm going to be getting the teams together tonight or tomorrow. Then it's on like donkey kong.

Screw it. Put me down as a roster filler for 10 miles. Rehab work might as well count for something
