The Indy Mini Weather Thread
Hey, they do it for Boston... we can obsess about weather 2 weeks in advance as well!! 
InAccuweather.com currently forecasts MOSTLY CLOUDY, LOW 59° on the Friday night before the race following a rainy day and 70° that Friday.
I would like to see it a little cooler than that, but a cloudy race day in the 60's wouldn't be bad.

If it's hot that day, just hope that you aren't on the track with the gigantic fans turned off - yeah, that made a hell of a lot of sense.

Yikes! No way. In the 50's? Brrrrrr. I have a very narrow window of temps between freezing my ass off and dying from sweatin' out every ounce of fluid in my body.

Dave since you're not going for a PR this is your chance to be one of those guys who runs in a costume. If it's raining you could dress as the Gordon's Fisherman or you'd make a great pink fairy! Just don't forget the wand. |

Now they say Mostly Cloudy and 75°. LOL. They don't even attempt to be consistent from day-to-day. I'm scared to think of what kmwest's running attire is reduced down to for 75°.

The Weather Channel doesn't even go out that far yet.  It only has forecasts up til May 2nd.

That's the high. I think it said a low of 58° on Friday night with thunderstorms. Who knows what it will say tomorrow. Yeah, 75° is hot for running. It was well up into the 70's for my run yesterday, and I was struggling at the end even with low humidity.

LOL - now it's no rain even on Friday night. Low 58°, High on Saturday 81° and partly cloudy. Don't you guys appreciate these daily, meaningless weather forecast updates?
