Default Amputee Running

I want to start a walk to run program. Everything that I read tells me that I have to get a lot better at walking and then work on running mechanics. It gets depressing, but I read this and thought it was really neat!

I read about that guy in Wired last month. Great story, and the technical specs they got into in the article were pretty amazing, especially the muscle recruitment involved.

There was a really cool article about an amputee runner in Runner's World this month. You should pick it up!
