Thanks Eric, but WHY do I have to be on HIS team? Like we don't have enough freaky competition in our house. At least he will be an encourager instead of saboteur if I'm lucky
4-2 = 3miles
4-3 = 1.5 intervals
April totals:
cycling: 28/125
running: 4.5/60

We could be "Team Got the Runs" (TGTR) and our slogan could be..."It sucks to be behind us!" or "That's why they call us Number 2"

Thanks, Eric. I really thought I was keeping things in check today, especially with the high winds I had to deal with, but I ended up running this at an average pace of 8:07. Normally, I would run this around an 8:15 and today I thought I was closer to an 8:30. I was quite surprised when I calculated my pace. It was pretty tough, though. Things have really caught up to me. Thank goodness it's the weekend and I have no homework due. I need to catch up on my rest. (Yes, it is 3 am as I write this. I'll sleep til noon tomorrow before getting up and doing 8 miles and then eating a great big Easter dinner.)

I hear ya man. It's the end of a long winter season at my hotel, and I'm toasted. I've worked hard the last 3 days (I'm always on my feet at work), and have partied a bit too hard the last 2 nights, for me. Now this might not sound like much, but I killed a 6 pack each night, and I feel like a pile of steaming dog crap. Gotta run today! Enjoy your Easter Team 2'ers!

I had a couple vodka-cranberries last night and feel pretty run-down right now too. It doesn't take much to get loopy when your training. Happy Easter to you too and the rest of the team. I guess team one as well. lol

Good job everyone! TAVF - you continue to impress! Sorry, I don't remember if I should know what you are currently training for?
No running for me to log...I'll get a little one in tomorrow.
Happy Easter Team Two!
