Thanks, man. It was a HM, 2:37:30 for my first one (ya know, molasses uphill in January), training or otherwise. Oddly, I haven't yet thought of it as my ONLY one--there are three more around here this fall (might do one of them), and I can't let that time stand. I think I need some help

Thanks guys. Someone actually captured some audio of me right around the eleven-mile mark and sent it to me. Weird

Ha! I'm so gulible. I'm downloading the clip thinking, "how the hell did someone record him running?"
Dave -- Nice work on getting to a half-marathon only weeks back from an injury!

Thanks, guys! I feel pretty good the day after as well. I'm enjoying running, but I'm not sure I like the feel of the orthotics - very hard and rubbery. Doesn't feel very "natural" I guess.

FWIW, had my follow-up with the doctor today. After going over the past couple weeks, I'm clear to run as long as I don't have any pain or discomfort in the leg. If I'm not mistaken, I have about 25 miles to get in over the next two weeks. Y'all just wait until next month
