Default Track meet results

i used to post this on mh because some people liked to hear about it not sure if you guys are as enthused but here it goes.

4x800 - 10 something idk , but my split was a 2:14
open 800- 2:13 , still cant get back down to where i was last year, 2:09
4x400- first time i've ran an actual race 400, 56.8 split, 3:51 total.
was supposed to throw jav but i didnt have time to because they took too long and my running events started.
next meet is friday and im hoping i can back under 2:10 next week so i can have a decent time going into city.

Great work, we definitely want to hear about this. I wish I had run track in high school. Are you a junior? Is the 400 a new distance for you, do you normally just run the 800? Those of us who didn't come from MH don't know much about you and wouldn't mind hearing more.

Hey Jokerz - keep posting! It's good to see a shorter distance racer posting in here. Your times look great!

Hey, looks like we have a bit in common...

I am also a junior in high school and run the 400 / 800 meter runs.

Last year I ran the 1600 m as a sophmore and had a pr of 4:48... And this year I decided after putting on more muscle mass during the off season to knock it down to running 800's but my coach also wanted me to try the 400 this year.

So far this year I have run a 2:07 800m and a 54.4 400m

Looking towards hitting 2:00 in the 8 and hopefully 52 in the 4

Nice to see some other guys in here that do similar events.

BTW, what is MH?

Welcome to the forums PH... MH stands for Mens Health. A lot of the guys who used to post over there have migrated to my forums.

Nice site, BTW. Good luck with it.
