Who posts over there? What usernames do you use? I recently registered (same username) and although I doubt I'll post anything, I'd like to know if I know anybody who does post .

Ummmmm...I should probably take the 5th on this one. Instead, I will talk freely I have had some bad experiences and I no longer post there, due solely to my inability to navigate correctly the social dynamics of L&O (the silly forum). Ironically, there is very little talk about running in that forum anyway.

If you are going to post there, stick to training and injuries. Nutrition attracts a lot of eating disordered folks as well as others who try to convince them to eat. If you are looking for a site that takes running a little more seriously as a whole, I'd consider Cool Running. I would say to stay here, but these threads move pretty slowly.

Hope this helps.

LOL, Dana!! I've never been able to figure out the L&O versus Marathons thing. It seems like those who favor L&O think those who post on Marathons are too competitive and serious. I rarely post on L&O because I can't keep up with the traffic there -- Marathons is hard enough.

I'll have to check out Cool Running -- I've only checked their forums once or twice.

I do post on RWOL as BamaDave.
